FOUNDATION STONES OF UNDERSTANDING FORENSIC MEDICINE, FORENSIC TOXICOLOGY AND FORENSIC DACTYOSCOPY- (fingerprinting) IN THE 17TH, 18TH, 19TH & 20TH CENTURY.

EXAMPLE:  Japan & India had a history of thumb, hand and fingerprinting dating back to the 16th Century.  In the year 1877, William Herschel sent the following document to his Inspector General in Hooghly, India:

Hooghly, August 15, 1877

“My dear B-----, I enclose a paper which looks unusual, but which I hope has some value.  It exhibits a method of identification of persons, which, with ordinary care in execution, and with judicial care in the scrutiny, is, I can now say, for all practical purposes far more infallible than photography.  It consists in taking a seal-like impression, in common seal ink, of the markings on the skin of the two forefingers of the right hand (these two being taken for convenience only) … “The process of taking the impression is hardly more difficult than that of making a fair stamp of an office seal.  I have been trying it in the jail and in the Registering Office and among pensioners here for some months past … “Every person who now registers a document at Hooghly has to sign his ‘sign-manual.’  None has offered the smallest objection, and I believe that the practice, if generally adopted, will put an end to all attempts at personation …I have taken thousands of impressions now in the course of the last twenty years, and I am prepared to answer for the identity of every person whose ‘sign-manual’ I can now produce if I am confronted with him.”

Twenty-six years later a man would enter Fort Leavenworth prison in America and only the PRINTS of the new prisoner distinguished him from the prisoner who had been previously incarcerated.  That year was 1903!  A conviction of murder would take place in London in the summer of 1905 based on a print left on a box at the scene of a twin murder.  My point is clear.  How long will it take Forensic Theology to be utilized and accepted?  1905 was the year that the Bureau of Detectives was established by President Theodore Roosevelt given the politics involved in all attempts to utilized detectives of other agencies.  In 1924, President Calvin Coolidge appointed a man incorruptible as Attorney General Harlan Fiske Stone who would subsequently become Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.  Attorney General Stone appointed a twenty-nine year old lawyer by the name of J. Edgar Hoover.  The trials and tribulations of Mr. Hoover to introduce and bring into existence fingerprinting, as a national necessity was daunting.  Finally in 1930, Congress empowered Hoover to establish a bureau of identification that would cover the entire country.  It had been 57 years after an understanding of fingerprinting was introduced to the Western World. America had finally established the system. Hopefully, this will be not the case with Forensic Theology!  (China, Japan & India utilized fingerprinting in the 16th & 17th centuries.

"(book) interchange of its data (Forensic Theology) as a qualified criminological procedure in conjunction with others, and the interchange of its generated data among police authorities worldwide in the preventive search for a non-human source of crime as a presence among us."

“Released Mental Patient Is Suspected Of Five Murders”

A New Jersey drifter accused in the shooting deaths of five persons in Los Angeles and Albuquerque, New Mexico, had been released from Trenton State Hospital as harmless, it was revealed today.

Nathan “Nick” Trupp, 42, fled a supervised boarding home the day after his release from the hospital, New Jersey officials said.

Trupp shot and killed two security guards at Universal City in Los Angeles Thursday after they refused his request to let him talk to TV star Michael Landon of the show “Stairway To Heaven.”

Trupp is also wanted in connection with the shooting deaths of three people in an Albuquerque shopping mall Tuesday.

Trupp, who lived off a $100,000.00 inheritance, was involuntarily committed to a Trenton Psychiatric Hospital on November 25, 1997.

He was deemed fit by a Mercer County Superior Court judge to be released to a supervised boarding home, said State Department of Human Services spokeswoman Mary Kay Risl.

Jacqueline Tencza, a human Services Department spokeswoman, said once the court discharged Trupp to the boarding home last February, the State had “no legal right to refer him back to the psychiatric hospital.  He was free to leave the boarding home.”

Trupp was seriously wounded in a shootout with police after the Universal Studios slayings of guards, Jeren Beeks, 27, and Armando Torres, 18.

Enroute to a hospital, he told paramedics God ordered him to kill someone.

Albuquerque authorities had been seeking Trupp as the deranged gunman who killed three people at the Bagel Lovers shop in the city.

Police have said they had no motive in the slayings of Richard Wilt, 39, his wife, Jeanne, 37, both of Albuquerque, and the woman’s father, Joseph Famiglietta Sr., 63, of nearly Rio Rancho.
